New Day Healthcare has partnered with Advertising Plus to make it easy and convenient to purchase official New Day Healthcare logo merchandise.
Please note that Advertising Plus is not responsible for any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. While we’re happy to assist with filing a claim through the appropriate shipping carrier, we cannot replace items that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you live in an apartment or shared residence, we strongly recommend having your order shipped to a secure location, such as your workplace, for added security.
Processing & Shipping Times
Please allow 2–3 weeks for order processing from the date your order is placed. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method and will begin after the processing period.
Returns
New Day Healthcare and Advertising Plus understand that some apparel may naturally fade, stretch, or shrink over time with regular wear and washing. These are common characteristics of most garments, with or without logos. While we aim to provide high-quality, durable apparel, we cannot guarantee that some level of wear won’t occur.
If you receive an item that is defective, Advertising Plus will happily replace it within 7 days of receipt. However, due to the customized nature of branded apparel, we’re unable to accept returns for incorrect sizes or ordering mistakes.
